After booking, we will contact you by text. Please check your messages and confirm your appointment. Before your appointment date, please send us your desired nail design.

Please arrive on time. We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes. Excessive lateness or a no-show or cancel on the same day will result in a $30 fee, and the appointment may be canceled.

Occasionally we may run behind schedule. If that happens, we will notify you by text in advance. If there is any change to your nail technician, we will inform you as early as possible and discuss options with you.

Our technicians follow professional standards and procedures. Some designs may require specific materials, colors, or nail length. If you choose to proceed against professional recommendations, we will respect your decision but Any issues that arise afterward will be the client’s responsibility. We will do our best to achieve your desired result using our techniques and products. However, results may vary due to personal preferences. Please communicate with us during the service so we can adjust when possible.
